In 1993, the Kassem brothers began their journey with a small warehouse to import and distribute Italian marble wholesale in a country still dealing with the remnants of the civil war at the time. Almost three decades later, the commitment, vision, and passion have made Emporio Ceramico a worldwide realm synonymous with Italian quality and luxury; yet, never losing its familial roots and touch.

For fifteen years after the opening of that warehouse, the family business kept growing and evolving in variety and reach to include ceramics wholesale and cover Lebanon, Liberia, Congo, Cote D'Ivoire, Algeria & Gabon in addition to other African Markets.

Thirty years have passed like a whirlwind, with many ups and downs filled with wars, destruction, resilience, and hope. Through it all, the family’s commitment to Lebanon has never wavered, so much that rebuilding became part of the Emporio Ceramico DNA.
