HomesBIS is a community for people coming together to accomplish their goals of living in better homes. While you use HomesBIS, remember we’re all human.

The vast majority of members, companies, and pros you will meet from us are trustworthy. If you happen to come across a situation that seems sketchy or you're not sure about, please click on the report button, which is found in all HomesBIS contents.

Please follow the guidelines below:

Guidelines for members (Homeowners):

• Treat others with respect.

• Don’t use profane or sexually suggestive language in your messages or on your profile.

• Don’t offer fraudulent, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate services.

• Be honest about your information (like your name, contacts, and project information).

• Don’t create a test account.

• As a member (Homeowner), don’t offer services, sell products, or any commercial services.

• Work directly with platform companies or professionals (no referral or third-party).

• Don’t use HomesBIS to upload files or photos not belong to the housing services field.

• Don’t post links from outside of HomesBIS.

 

When putting a job on HomesBIS, please respect our companies & pros. Make sure you:

• Don’t use profane or sexually suggestive language in your job request.

• Are honest about the details of your job request (no fake or fraudulent information).

 

Don’t submit job requests:

• That ask for sexual services.

• For full-time jobs or internship positions.

• Advertising or offering your own service.

 

As you start, make sure you:

• Are at least 18 years old.

• Are honest when filling out your account information (i.e., name and/or contact information).
