Professionals Directory (How it works)

HomesBIS`s "Professionals Directory" is an online list of companies and professionals within a particular niche, location, or category. It is the best way used by online homeowners to find local companies, professionals, and service providers.

Though Google is acting as a mediate between customers and local business websites much more often. But this process is still tiring and takes a lot of time for researching, selecting vocabulary, and visiting company sites individually, making it impractical.

HomesBIS`s Companies and "Professionals Directory" act as a match-maker between companies, professionals and services providers, and potential clients and homeowners. It’s one of the primary ways HomesBIS drives high-quality connections for companies, professionals, and services providers with clients and homeowners.

 

When every business joins our platform and signed-up for a new account, our system will automatically create a profile and list him in our "Professionals Directory".

 

Finding our Directory:

You can reach our directory by clicking on "Professionals" on our all pages’ upper menu bar to find our companies, professionals, and services providers.

These some important points you should know:

1. This section will display how many professionals in your local area, within the category you selected.

2. You can discover all our categories from the left menu.

3. Extra options, and you can change your location or filter companies by their distance from you.

4. You will see companies or professionals’ E-Cards. When you click on any company’s name or on “View Profile” you will visit that company’s profile.

5. Each professional’s E-Card will display 4 photos from the best company works. These photos will change like a slide show.

6. Each E-Card will display a small brief about that company (number of projects, products, or offers), and the company’s excellence badges.

 

Automatic location detecting:

Our system will automatically detect where the client or homeowner is located and display the companies or professionals in his local area.

Our clients or homeowners can easily change their cities manually to expand the search to other areas.

 

 

Related Services:

We have created a special project system that includes home building, development, furnishing, and services. Homeowners or customers select the project they need. They will answer a set of questions, fill details, and upload photos about their project; then, we will send this information to 10 companies working in the same field. All companies who will participate in this project should price the project and indicate all services they will provide, and then the customer is free to choose who will do the project for him.

Each “Professionals Directory” category will contain projects and services related to that category. When any customer or homeowner clicks on any of them, he will be transferred to our project request system to help him post his project requirements.

Each category will have 2 places to request services:

1. Related Services area.

2. Banner area.

 

Online/Offline:

When companies are online on HomesBIS, our system will show you who are online at this moment.

Some customers may have a quick inquiry, want to know the cost of a specific project, or hire a company immediately. So, if you are in a hurry, you can discover who online at that moment from our companies and contact them directly.

 

Extra Options:

This feature provides you with the ability to sort companies according to:

• Discount offered.

• Languages they can speak. 

• Services they provide.

• The number of Projects, Offers, Products, and Before & After they have. 

• Online or Offline now.
