How to add reviews

Reviews are opinions and evaluations written online by the customer who has purchased and used service or had experience with a company that did a service for him. These reviews may themselves be graded for usefulness, accuracy, or as a guide to hiring companies in the future by other users.

Important facts about customers reviews:

  • 82% of customers read online reviews before visiting or hiring a business.

  • 76% of customers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations.

  • Only 53% of people would consider using a business with less than 4 stars.

  • 72% of customers will take action only after reading a positive online review.

 

HomesBIS is taking reviews to a new level:

HomesBIS has built a powerful platform for reviewing companies and their services. Customers can voice their opinions about their experiences with a company or professional by simply writing a HomesBIS’ review.

Apart from helping customers find various services and trusted companies, HomesBIS has made it easier for customers to evaluate companies’ authenticity, quality, and credibility by providing them with an option to read about what other customers have to say about them and their services.

These online opinions (Reviews) about a business become an important source of information for other customers. Reading about what other customers have to say about that business helps them make up their minds about whether they should use their services or not.

How to write a review:

Recently did you hire a professional or had a service experience with one of our partners’ companies? Why not write a review about it and share your experience with the HomesBIS’ Community!

Writing helpful reviews is a great way to be an active part of the HomesBIS community. You'll help other homeowners and customers make better-informed decisions when they hire companies. At the same time, companies can use your input to provide better service to future customers. Everyone wins when you write reviews!

Let's write a review:

On HomesBIS platform, go to the company's profile that you want to review, then:

  1. On the company profile, select "Add" near the company's review rating.

  2. Or, click on "Reviews" tab on company's menu bar, then select "Write a Review" button.

From the next page:

  1. Select the number of stars (from 5 to 0) that you want to give the company. (5 mean the best rating and 0 mean the lowest rating)

  2. Our system will detect your first and last name (You can change your name)

  3. Enter the name of the city in which the project or service was done.

  4. If you want to, add your project cost (Optional)

  5.  If you want to, add your project completion date (Optional)

  6. If you want to, add your project completion period (Optional)

  7. After you finish, click “Save & Next” button.

On the next page:

  1. Select the number of stars that you want to give the company for Work Quality. (5 mean the best quality and 0 mean lowest quality)

  2. Select the number of stars that you want to give the company for Communication. (5 mean best communication and 0 mean poor communication)

  3. Select the number of stars you want to give the company for Value for the Money you paid. (5 mean the best value and 0 mean lowest value)

  1. In the (Subject of your review) field, give your review a name. (Ex: Your project name)

  2. In (Your Story) field, share your service experience. (add at least 70 characters)

  3. In (What you like) field, share what you like from this company. (Optional)

  4. In (What you don’t like) field, share what you don’t like from this company. (Optional)

If you have photos from your project and you want to share, upload it. (Optional) 

  • Click on the checkbox, which means that you are familiar with the HomesBIS Review Guidelines and are not in a relationship with the company.

  • After you finish, click on “Post” button to publish your review.

 

Important Notes:

  • Your review will be subject to approval by our Review Integrity Team to ensure that it is an actual review and does not violate HomesBIS Review Rules. We will not amend or delete any negative review; your opinion is respected as long as it does not violate our rules.
  • You will receive an email from HomesBIS on your registered email, informing you that your review has been approved or rejected, stating the reason, and a link to your review.
  • If the company responded to your review, you would receive another email from HomesBIS on your registered email, with a link to your review and company response.
  • Your rating will be added to your profile (homeowners and members only).
